WHIPPEDCO LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”) delivers to the following local areas in East London and Essex. We aim to provide accessible delivery to our community, and we do not deliver outside of the stated areas to ensure food remains hot and fresh upon arrival:
- Hornchurch (including RM11 postcode area)
- Romford (including RM1, RM2, RM7 postcode areas)
- Upminster (including RM14 postcode area)
- Dagenham (including RM8, RM9 postcode areas)
- Harold Hill (including RM3 postcode area)
- Elm Park (including RM12 postcode area)
- Rainham (including RM13 postcode area)
- Surrounding local areas (subject to postcode verification at checkout)
If you are unsure whether your postcode is within our delivery area, please contact us at hi@whippedco.co.uk or +44 7878 503661 before placing your order. Orders placed for delivery outside our service area will be refused or canceled, and any payment made will be refunded promptly.
Delivery Times & Hours
Our delivery service is available during our opening hours, and we aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible while ensuring food remains hot and fresh. Below are our standard delivery times and service hours:
- Opening Hours (Delivery): Daily, 11:00 – 22:00 (last order for delivery is 21:30 to ensure delivery by 22:00).
- Standard Delivery Time: 45-60 minutes from order confirmation. This may vary slightly depending on your location within our delivery area.
- Peak Period Delays: During peak times (e.g., 12:00 – 14:00, 18:00 – 20:00, weekends, and public holidays), delivery times may extend by 15-30 minutes. We will notify you of any significant delays (more than 15 minutes beyond the estimated time) at the time of order or via phone/email.
- Order Confirmation: We will provide you with an estimated delivery time when you place your order, and you will receive a confirmation email/notification once your order is dispatched for delivery.
Delivery Fees & Minimum Order
We strive to keep our delivery fees affordable while ensuring reliable, fast delivery. Our delivery terms are as follows:
- Minimum Order Value: £15 (GBP) for delivery. Orders below this value will not be processed for delivery, though collection from our kitchen (61 Ernest Road, Hornchurch) may be available at our discretion.
- Standard Delivery Fee: £2.99 (GBP) per order, regardless of order value (excluding free delivery offers).
- Free Delivery Offer: Free delivery is available on all orders with a total value of £30 (GBP) or more, excluding the delivery fee. This offer is automatically applied at checkout when the order value meets the threshold.
- Additional Charges: No additional delivery charges apply, except for special requests (e.g., timed delivery, extra packaging) which will be clearly stated at the time of order.
Delivery Conditions & Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please note the following conditions and responsibilities:
- Accurate Delivery Details: It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including flat/apartment numbers, and a valid contact phone number. We are not liable for delayed or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete details.
- Receiving the Order: Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the specified delivery address. If no one is available, our delivery driver will attempt to contact you via phone (up to 3 times). If we are unable to reach you, we may return the order to our kitchen, and no refund will be provided (unless the order is no longer in good condition).
- Food Quality on Delivery: We guarantee food quality at the time of delivery. If your food is cold, spoiled, or inedible upon arrival, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery to request a refund or replacement (see our Refund and Returns Policy for details).
- Weather & Unforeseen Delays: We may experience delays due to severe weather, traffic accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant delays and do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible.
- Collection Option: If you prefer to collect your order, you can do so from our kitchen at 61 Ernest Road, Hornchurch, RM11 3JN. Collection is free of charge, and we will notify you when your order is ready for collection.
